Ground Shipping Options
We ship either FedEx Home Delivery, UPS or United States Postal Service depending upon the size and contents of the package and the method selected. Most orders are processed in our warehouse in 1 business day but some orders or at certain times of the year, it can take up to 3 business days for orders to process. Shipping times are based on days AFTER the order leaves our warehouse, not from the date ordered.
Economy:
- Up to 7-10 business days for delivery
- Delivery could be by United States Postal Service, UPS or FedEx Home Delivey
Standard:
- Up to 5-7 business days for delivery
- Delivery could be by United States Postal Service, UPS or FedEx Home Delivery
Premium:
- Fastest ground shipping method
- Up to 3-5 business day for delivery
- Delivery could be by United States Postal Service, UPS or FedEx Home Delivery
- A physical address is required for delivery (no PO Boxes)

Express Shipping Options
Express delivery is available for most in-stock items for an additional charge. After you have entered your shipping information during checkout, you will be prompted to select a shipping method for your order. Shipping and handling charges and estimated delivery times will be listed for all available shipping methods. We calculate express methods based on the weight of the order, not on the order value. NOTE: Shipping days start counting the day after the order ships and do not include weekends.
1-3 Business Days:

FPO & APO addresses
Deliveries to APO/FPO addresses are treated as domestic packages and are shipped Priority Mail via U.S. Postal Service.
Shipping to PO Boxes
Light weight packages can ship to PO Boxes. Please provide a physical address for premium ground and express shipping options. Please note the website will notify you if the package is too large, fragile or does not meet the qualifications to ship through the US Postal Service to your PO Box.
Shipping to Freight Forwarders / Agents
If you are shipping to a freight forwarder or other agent who will then ship on to you, we do not accept responsibility for the final delivery of the package. If the tracking shows the package delivered to the forwarding agent, we have no onward liability.
International Economy Delivery
The cost of shipping international orders is determined by dimensional weight (or physical size) of the package and shipping destination using DHL eCommerce International shipping rates. We cannot ship to International PO Boxes. We need a phone number, fax number, and/or e-mail address for ALL international orders, this will aid in prompt delivery. Estimated delivery time is 8-12 business days. Final miile delivery is usually by local post.
International Express Delivery
The cost of shipping express international orders is determined by dimensional weight (or physical size) of the package and shipping destination using FedEx International shipping rates. We cannot ship to International PO Boxes. We need a phone number, fax number, and/or e-mail address for ALL international orders, this will aid in prompt delivery. Estimated delivery time is 4-8 business days.
International Customers Please Note
- Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes. International customers are responsible for all duties and/or taxes when your package arrives. Please check with the local authorities for more information.
- Free shipping and other shipping offers do NOT apply to international shipping. These are only for the domestic Economy Ground shipping in the US.
Store Pickup
Pickup Hours at 3099 Silver Drive, Columbus, OH:
- Orders received before 11am, Monday through Friday are available after 3pm. Orders received after 11am or on the weekend will be available for pickup after noon the next day or on Monday for weekend orders.
- Orders not picked up in 2 weeks will be shipped to the address on file.
