- Chap Instructions: Our conchos come unscrewed so you are able to fit your chaps to be the perfect waist size. Put on your chaps, find where the chap fits your waist best. Make a small mark to note where you wish the concho to be. Take off your chaps and grab a leather punch. Punch a hole through the back of the chap. Make sure to go through both layers of the chap material. Insert the concho through the hole and screw tight. If you need some extra room, use the back extender provided, punch a whole on each side and screw in your conchos!
