What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover Card. We also accept PayPal on the website only.
How long will my order take?
We ship either FedEx Home Delivery or United States Postal Service depending on the size and contents of the package and the method selected. Please allow 2-4 business days for your order to leave our warehouse and up to 10 business days for standard ground delivery (to the west coast). Express delivery options are also available. What shipping methods are available?
We ship either FedEx Home Delivery or United States Postal Service depending on the size and contents of the package and the method selected. Expedited shipping options are available via FedEx. Rod's ships internationally Economy via DHL and Express via FedEx. See more information.
What is your return policy?
If you are unhappy with your purchase in anyway, simply return it within 90 days. At the bottom of your packing slip you will find a return label. If you use our prepaid return service, a return postage fee of $9.95 will be deducted from your refund ($14.95 for packages heavier than 35 lbs. or larger than 60 total inches [L + W +H]). Is my Credit Card information safe?
We request information from customers during the ordering process (name and shipping address) and credit card information (credit card number, expiration date, and CVV code). This information is used for billing purposes and to fill customer's orders.

We use third parties to provide credit card processing and shipping services on our site. When you place an order with us we will share the relevant customer information (shipping address, billing address and credit card information) as necessary for the third party to provide their service. These third parties are prohibited from using your personal identifiable information for any other purpose. See full privacy policy.

Does Rod's have a Gift Registry?
To create a gift registry you must first create an account on our website. The gif registry link will be on the left side of your account dashboard. To shop from an existing gift registry click here. 
How can I purchase Gift Cards?
We offer two options for gift cards: traditional or eGift cards. Both options are available in several denominations, and make gift giving easy. Our eGift cards will be emailed directly to the recipient with the gift card number, pin code, and personalized message. Traditional gift cards will be mailed with a sleeve for personalization. Traditional cards can take 7-10 days for delivery. To purchase gift cards click here.
How can I check my gift card balance?

How can I check the status of my order?
Click here to check the status of your order. You will need the order number, billing zip or postal code and the email address for the order. Or log in to your account here to see orders placed via the website.
Can I change my order after it's placed online?
We strive to quickly process and ship all orders from our warehouse. Therefore, we are often unable to change orders once the order status shows processing in your account. It may be possible to change your order by contacting customer service as soon as possible at 866-326-1975 (call or text).
