By kcantwellordered this product on Dec 1 and finally received it on Dec 24th. thank goodness since it was a Christmas gift. I was unhappy that I was not notified when it shipped so I could track it. I also sent an email and go a response to the first one but not the second email I sent. The product seems fine just not the service I received to get it.
