By UnhappyThese rugs were a very disappointing purchase from Rod's. I have always been pleased with the quality of their products until now. I purchased the first set of two and returned them due to raveling on the edges. Customer service was awesome and was sent two more as a replacement. They also have fallen apart on the edges. In both instances they were washed on a gentle setting in cold water and hung to dry.
