By KayI bought these for my two daughters for 4th July parades. I did call and ask if there was two or four to a pack and the sales woman said there is always four to a pack so I only ordered one pack. When they came in there was only two so I had to reorder to get the girls a pair each. Other than that problem we are happy with them.
