Product Detail

The Comanche Horse embodies the spirit of a fierce tribe, the Comanche, also known as Numinu (the people), who lived on the North American Southern Great Plains during the 1800-1900s.  He is adorned with delicate clay pigments gracing his skin, black tipped feathers, as well as cloth scraps that are intertwined in its elegant braid, celebrating the Comanche’s pride in their hair, which was worn long and rarely cut.   Against a simple robe of red and yellow draping its back, the Comanche horse also bears a set of bow and arrows, signifying the group’s great hunting ability.
