Design: Curved mouthpiece with single joint. 5" mouth. 2½" ring diameter.
Function:
• Downward pressure on tongue
• Collapses on bars
• Joint drives downward into tongue
Usage: For horse in beginning stages of training
Cheeks
Design: A "D" shaped ring with fixed attachment of the mouthpiece.
Function: Direct action - applies same amount of rein pressure to the mouth. More direct signal than Loose Ring. Will not pull through the mouth or pinch.
Usage: Used in English and Western.
