By RRLThis was a terrible purchase. The items I ordered were never delivered, apparently a problem with Wrangler and Rod's. It took 4weeks, 4 phone calls, and 2 emails to verify that I had been refunded my money. I will not be ordering from Rod's again - and I had used them frequently in the past. One bad customer service experience was enough for me to realize I didn't want it to happen again. I ordered the same product from a different company and had no problems, the jeans were just fine and of a high quality.
