By jennyRods, you have done it again. No company can beat your customer service and shipping. I do have some issues with the boot quality. For 248.00 I expect perfect. I have found product quality issues with products made in China. The boots have an uneven insole, with wear this may resolve itself and the outer sole edges were not finished, even and smooth. This may resolve itself after wearing. I'll keep them and remain a loyal Rods customer. Keep looking for products made in the U.S.!!!!
