Whole Hog BBQ was founded in 2005 by Jeff Freedman, a native of the
state of Louisiana. When growing up on the Bayou, he was subjected to a
wide variety of wild game that was being cooked, everything from
crawfish to whole hog, the seasonings and smoke aroma always flowed
through the air were he lived and at hunting camps, BBQ competitions,
and festivals. He loved the smells and respected the people who
prepared, cooked, and guarded their food.
After moving
to Ohio and working construction for years he decided to get in the BBQ
business, instead of smelling dirt and diesel fuel all day. He now has
the pleasure of smelling the aroma of when he was a child. Whatever
Whole Hog BBQ cooks for you, and your guests, will be cooked like he
would want it for himself. Cooking with southern pride!
