By DonnaI have just returned the item I purchased. I bought it on line, reference # 100054995. I ordered a size 12 whioch was available, when I received in time for christmas it was a 12M such a disappointment. When I called RODS to find out what happened the sales associate was rude and told me "I could return it and pay another $7.95 for shipping". I already paid to have RODs send the wrong size. Web site did not say 12M.....I asked to speak with a supervisor and got no where. About a week later I called again and spoke with someone else who was very helpful in realizing that the web site did not specify 12M and sent me a return receipt lable to ship the item back at no cost and my credit card is suppose to be getting credited for the item plus the original ship fee. I tried to order other items for my niece but there was not one item available for her so I shopped at Cheshiretack .com and had a wonderful experiance. I will shop there from now on.
