Purchased for my daughter at Congress and given to her as a Christmas Present. By mid January the letters had began to peel off. Called Rod's customer service because of defective workmanship and they pretty much said too bad. For a reputable business, I am completely dissatisfied with paying [$] and then the seller will not stand behind their merchandise. Shame on Rod's and shame on the manufacturer.
