Product Detail

Elston, the rooster, assumes the other animals don't like him because he wakes them up every morning. Ernest tries to convince his friend otherwise, but Elston decides that he no longer wants to be a rooster.

A funny adventure follows demonstrating what can go wrong when you try to be something you're not. The barnyard animals soon discover that their differences are precisely what make them so special. Have fun looking for the little dragonfly on every page.

This is a very cute story with a very happy ending. The rooster feels he is not needed and that no one likes him, Elston tells him otherwise but he doesn't believe him until one day he decides not to crow in the morning and none of the animals wake up. He finds out that he is very important and everyone needs him. Just a darling story with great value to it.
