AAA++++ Great belt

Interesting I would receive this review. I don't like to be negative but I must be honest. The belt was on back order and the first time I was told until the last week of December, When I called the first week of January I was told again rescheduled until the end of January. That situation I understand but since the stock show is in Denver I decided to cancel the order for I believe we will find a belt in Denver. The first customer service person I felt was not really pleasant to talk to, she was rather rude. The second customer service person was pleasant. I had also order something from "back in the saddle" company and I was impressed with their service and tracking system. I am rather disappointed in Rods at the moment.
The embroidery is done very well, the stones look awesome, shines nicely. Fits well, and doesn't feel real heavy at all.
