This is nice for training. I use it often with a horse who has some issues with space. This helps me keep him out of my space as it's stiff. The length is nice too. It's easy to handle and not too long. I use it for lunging and other ground exercises. And it costs a lot less than the Parelli carrot stick or the Clinton Anderson handy stick and can be used for all of the same things. I love this product. I don't know where me or my horse would be with out it.
