At Rod's, our guarantee is simple. We want
every one of our customers
to be completely satisfied, so we always strive to do the right thing.
If you are unhappy with your purchase, simply
return it, in reasonable condition, within 90 days for credit or
exchange. Our hassle-free customer service department promises to
always treat you with honesty and fairness.
Custom items are not refundable.
End of the Trail items cannot be returned.

Easy Returns and Exchanges by
Mail:
Returns by mail - $6.95
It's easier than you think. Follow these simple steps to return your
purchase by mail:
- Complete the return form on the back of the invoice.
- Pack your return securely, in the original package if
possible,
and include your completed invoice.
- Print out a pre-paid UPS return
shipping label (available in US only).
- Affix your UPS return shipping label to the packaging. Make
sure
no other tracking labels are showing.
- Take the package to your nearest UPS drop off location.
When you mail your purchase back to us using the pre-paid UPS shipping label,
we'll deduct a flat fee of $6.95 from your order refund for return
postage.

- Please allow a minimum 7-10 business days for us to receive
and process your return or exchange. Adjustments to credit cards will
be seen within two credit card statements.
- Rod's will not accept returns of altered or custom
merchandise, books, or videos. Rod's will not accept returns of any
items that have been worn or undergone any form of cleaning process.
Please try on all clothing before washing or dry cleaning. Also, boots
should be worn only on carpet, as scuffed soled boots cannot be
returned.
- In most circumstances, our customer is responsible for
shipping charges to and from our facility. Exchanged items are shipped
back to our customers, standard shipping, free of charge. Exceptions
apply; contact a Rod's representative for more details.
International Returns
Refunds on international orders will be for the original purchase
price.
Unfortunately, we cannot refund your original domestic/international
shipping charges or any duties, taxes or tariffs. We cannot offer free
exchange shipping on international orders.

- What can I return?
You can return or exchange any
item that's
in its original condition (unwashed and unworn) or defective. Custom
items and End of the Trail items are not refundable.
- Do I need a RMA or return
authorization for my return?
No.
- What if I want a refund
but I used a gift card?
No problem.
We make all
refunds in the original form of payment. So if you used a Rod's gift
card to make
your purchase, you'll receive a refund on an Rod's gift card.
- Can I return any
online/catalog purchase to the store or trade
show?
Yes.
